My 12 year old daughter had been struggling with the physical symptoms of anxiety and stress for a number of months. Tracey explained everything clearly from the start and we were given lots of useful information. The whole process was very professional. What was most helpful was that the sessions were not just hypnotherapy, but also an opportunity for my daughter to learn all about how the brain works, particularly how it responds to stress and anxiety. My daughter always fed back how comfortable she was in the sessions, with Tracey making her feel relaxed at all times. As a parent we have definitely noticed a difference. One of the symptoms my daughter had was nausea because of anxiety, particularly triggered by food. She does still sometimes say she feels nauseous but doesn't react at all to it in the way she did. She acknowledges it calmly and moves on really quickly, where previously there was panic and a fight and flight response. My daughter seems more relaxed and mindful about stress in general. Tracey has given us all advice, as parents it's not always easy to get things right and we are grateful for the support she's given our daughter.

My 9 year old had 12 sessions with Tracey and this is the best decision we could have made for him. He had low self esteem, was finding school overwhelming and social situations hard to navigate. He also had an extreme dislike of certain insects which led to strong reactions whenever he encountered them. After Tracey’s sessions and following up at home every evening with her ‘positive ps’ and drifting off to sleep to her audio, he is a world away from where he was. He is now more resilient, more positive and seems much happier. His dislike of bugs is still there but he is so much calmer around them now, which is amazing. Not only has Tracey’s work had a positive impact on him but it has also turned things around for us as a family. Tracey is lovely to deal with, building a strong relationship with the child and family by listening to concerns and sending weekly written updates about what has been covered in the sessions so we could follow up at home.
