I initially contacted Tracey because I was stuck in a negative frame of mind after a long illness. Six sessions later and my outlook has completely changed. My daily life has been transformed from one of anxiety and overwhelm to one of positivity, hope and action.
Tracey is warm, friendly and sympathetic, and takes time to explain the science behind her approach, which is something I really appreciated. Thanks to her knowledge and soothing voice, I now have a bag of tricks to tame my frazzled mind and focus on all that is good in life - and life really is good these days. After a car accident last year, I couldn't get into a car without feeling anxious and emotional, it was becoming completely overwhelming.
