My 9 year old had 12 sessions with Tracey and this is the best decision we could have made for him. He had low self esteem, was finding school overwhelming and social situations hard to navigate. He also had an extreme dislike of certain insects which led to strong reactions whenever he encountered them. After Tracey’s sessions and following up at home every evening with her ‘positive ps’ and drifting off to sleep to her audio, he is a world away from where he was. He is now more resilient, more positive and seems much happier. His dislike of bugs is still there but he is so much calmer around them now, which is amazing. Not only has Tracey’s work had a positive impact on him but it has also turned things around for us as a family. Tracey is lovely to deal with, building a strong relationship with the child and family by listening to concerns and sending weekly written updates about what has been covered in the sessions so we could follow up at home. I really can’t thank Tracey enough or rate her more highly.
